To clarify how Hide My Email works, you’re actually only supposed to receive emails from designated domains as prescribed by the developer. Refer to the support page:
https://support.apple.com/en-sa/105078

This will therefore allow you to keep using the same alias email address during data breaches where presumably non-designated domains will try to spam/scam you.

However, unintended consequences of this is that sometimes you do need legitimate emails from non-designated domains. I personally bave a rather frustrating experience. I used Qeeq to rent a car and I purchased the insurance add-on on Qeeq but the insurance was offered by a third party vendor. I had an accident and there was some lost communication from the insurance company during the claim process whose emails never got through. Unfortunately, there was no way to find them in junk or anywhere. Just vanished out of existence.

@nighthawk Hey!
Just went through your FAQs and I didn’t see an answer to my question. Is there a way to force Longplay to use the system player? Just curious if there would be limitations with the system player.

The reason I prefer it is because whenever there is a period of inactivity and then hit Play on my headphones, iOS would prioritize the system player and ignore my last used app for media. This plays a song from an old session and not from Longplay (the most recent session)

👌♥️

@MarvisApp

@nighthawk Last thing, it looks like the shuffle button is only shuffling between 15 albums only (despite having +1700 albums. A few albums came up again and again. Can I suggest making it pseudorandom so that albums don’t repeat in the same session?

Again, thanks for the update i think it’s fantastic!

@nighthawk Hey.. I’ve been enjoying the app a lot. One thing that I’d like to suggest is that I feel the Play Next button (⏭️) should play the next album rather than the next track. I feel this is an oversight considering it’s an album focused and I think this is how Albums.app behaves it if I’m not mistaken.

My workflow is usually playing albums on infinite album shuffle and skipping albums I’m not in the mood for. In this case skipping by track becomes a hassle.

@overcastfm @marcoarment why does this keep happening? I’ve deleted this episode over 50 times at this point:(

@overcastfm @marcoarment old ATP episodes (sometimes other podcasts too) keep resurfacing in my feed even tho they’re marked as played. This has been happening for well over a month. Is this a known bug?

Episode 506 is the most frequent one.

@paul Maybe a thing that would be nice to add is topics for the instances like in mastodon's website
