@kurtus51 @chowderman @apmassaro3 Nur 1/4 oder weniger wird überhaupt für Strom genutzt. Zum Heizen oder für industrielle Anwendungen wird weiterhin Gas benötigt. Da hilft Wind nichts. Die Terminals können in Zukunft auch für grünen Wasserstoff, Amoniak oder Methan gebraucht werden.

@kurtus51 @chowderman @apmassaro3 I agree with renewable but Europe keeps importing a lot. And importing LNG with ships is also fairly energy costly, means you lose a fair bit of the energy. Causing more Co2 than if you would produce it locally. And to be fair, the early technics with fracking was fairly bad for the environment, so people opposed it in Europe.

@tryggth @maxboot There is no hard fact why 2 % is the sweet spot. But if you would go for 5 % and you have 50 % ups and downs you end up with 2.5-7.5 %. Means, the higher to target the more uncertainty is in it.

Year-over-year, December's CPI cooldown brings us to 6.5% headline and 5.7% core (excluding food & energy) inflation - down from peaks of 9.1% and 6.6%, respectively.

It'll take time to reach 2%, but we're moving in the right direction.
