Today's experiment: Freezing pre measured "Near Death Nuggets" for use with other ingredients in tacos/burritos/chili.
I mixed all these chopped ingredients:
• ¼ chopped onion
• 3 cloves of garlic
• 6 habanero chilies
• 1 cup or so of canned tomatoes
Froze these (a tablespoon for each nugget) for an hour on a plastic sheet/bag, then wrapped with wax paper in a box and put them all back in the freezer. Ready for use when needed!
