Built a new little something for the yard…
Not bad. Affinity Designer didn't like all of the Inkscape namespacing Blender put in there. Removing it all fixed the import. Going to take some cleanup, but wow!
Doing something a little crazy…
Needed an illustration of a specific coastal restaurant in Italy to laser engrave. Could have done the reasonable thing and drawn a flat vector of it. Instead, I built a full-on 3D model of the place and am seeing if rendered output from Blender will do the trick. It's been super nice to try out different angles without having to start over. But I've always preferred vector assets for laser engraving…

Finally, a proper introduction: Hey. I'm a designer. Been around the block at big companies like Apple and Adobe, but my greatest designerly joy comes from my side-hustles. Here's what I'm tinkering with:
