Listening to an old Teacher Talk Radio show about autistic masking and I just realised how much I use working in my second language as an extra mask - I can pretend that my confusion comes from language, not autism.

Also taking the luxury of my study day to go to the toilet when I want to, not just because this is the only 5 minutes I have without students between 8:30 and 15:30.
