Year 1 in the morning, Y6 in the afternoon. There will certainly be much to reflect on, but doubtless little time to reflect, but I will try. At least its Friday!

@Mr_n_wood Morning! Today I am practicing saying no.
Also taking the luxury of my study day to go to the toilet when I want to, not just because this is the only 5 minutes I have without students between 8:30 and 15:30.

@Mr_n_wood This is all such good advice because I never really give myself time to stop and think. I've got loads of paperwork to catch up on before tutoring this afternoon, but I'm going to use the Pomodoro technique to build in some reflection time. Thank you!
