I believe digital privacy should feel simple, not overwhelming. I’m learning as I go and building 121Drop, a simple tool for local, offline backups.
I’ve noticed that most Android backup options either push you to the cloud or assume you’re comfortable managing files yourself.
I’m curious how people here handle photo backups today.

The idea is similar, but those were built for desktops. I’m trying to bring that same simple, local backup idea to Android phones today.
@realestninja The idea is to make backing up photos and videos to an external drive simple. Plug in a USB drive or SSD, tap once, and it handles the copy for you.
I’m not building 121Drop to chase growth or subscriptions.
I’m building it because I don’t like where backups are headed. More accounts, more cloud lock-in, more monthly fees.
