Thought everyone might want to see the ridiculous conversation I had with robinhood.com support today…

Even though they advertise MFA, show it in their support docs, and supposedly offer it, apparently they have it turned off and it's for “our customers security”. By the way, the deature hasn't been available for me for going on 1 year or longer now lol. Absurd.

Figured I’d name and shame …

Mobile Vibe Banking is a company I was forced to use in college in order to get disbursements.

They were compromised at some point so I was resetting my password. They send you a password change link (which is fine) but they also send you a temp password via email lol. Dumbest thing ever. You don’t need both. It makes zero sense. Login with the temp doesn’t automatically send you to the password reset page like they claim. It’s completely broken.

I know security can be hard but this is some pants on head stupid shit from a bank.
