From my perspective this picture is putting down and stigmatizing disabled people.

Since I don't know if there is interest in this topic I won't take the energy and time to explain why I think that is so - from other pics at "Programmer have no life" it doesn't seem like it since there is other sexist and ableist stuff (from what I've seen scrolling through for 2 minutes).

If someone is interested and polite, I can go there with explaining why.
