Very early days, but I have my Mastodon client displaying a rudimentary timeline!
Further Mastodon client progress: I've got statuses formatting correctly, though links, mentions, and hashtags currently aren't handled. I also have the beginnings of a theme system in place.
Iโ€™m also focusing on accessibility. Most of iOSโ€™s accessibility features, including VoiceOver, Dynamic Type, etc. should work great with this app.
I haven't got a final name for this yet, but for now the project's called โ€œWoolyโ€
it's not a real Mastodon client until it's got pull to refresh support
More progress: we have tabs for the home, federated, and local timelines now. I also made some progress on infinite scrolling support, but for the rest of today Iโ€™m gonna take a break.

Okay I lied and spent like half an hour working on this tonight, mostly some sorely needed refactoring ahead of the next โ€˜sprintโ€™ of development.

I want to eventually make this open source, but I definitely need to clean up my code before then haha.

@rhys that is pretty impressive progress for 18h of work!

@rhys half-joking comment: But your image was missing a description. ;-)

A big thumbs up for accessibility in your app!

@marcozehe haha I noticed that after I posted it ๐Ÿ˜…

Iโ€™m usually pretty good about adding alt descriptions

@rhys Yes, I noticed that. That's why it was half-joking. ;)
