What's the word for not voting for photos in the GuruShots "starts with H" challenge that are of wasps (not honey bees) and roosters (not hens)? Is it pedantic? Or is it something more like jackass?

** Bonus points if your reply starts with H

@ivanvector
Heroic. BTW my gurushots peeve is even more petty. No votes for watermarked pix

@simonm223 Ditto. I relent for tasteful, minimalist watermarks that are out of the way and don't distract from the image. Not the ones that are in the centre of the frame and/or take up half of the image.

Also nO SCREENSHOTS OF INSTAGRAM

@ivanvector
And photos of guns get reported as adult content.
@simonm223 Probably valid. I just report untagged pictures of boobs, and obvious copyright violations. And screenshots from video games.

@ivanvector I am actually more permissive of the untagged figure art* than of the paramilitary types posing with their assault weapons that occasionally pop up in "capture the moment" - I did report the actual graphic amateur porn I came across once tho. ;)

As for the stuff that ships standard with Windows as wallpaper, what were they thinking posting that?

@ivanvector *art is subjective, but if a work is more about the study of the human body as art and less about here's people either fucking or prepared to fuck, my art school biases kick in. ;)
@simonm223 Yeah I agree, just, when a site has a content tagging policy and users reply on it to filter content unsuitable for their viewing environment, not tagging content that should be tagged is problematic. Not that it isn't art. Or maybe it's Brechtian, but I think that sort of art is not the goal of this site.
