Caitlin Like@brinsonmarie Did you keep the hand and the background on different layers to do that? Rack focus is super cool in comics but I'm occasionally like ???? on how to actually accomplish it
@caitlike That would have been smart of me (... I'll probably do that in the future), but this time, I just used Photoshop's field blur -- it gives you pretty fine control over which parts of the panel you blur.
