Let me know how it turns out. Going Paleo was the best decision we ever made as far as our health has been concerned.

@arthurbreur @celesteh I find both paleo and vegan too restrictive for my Weird Food Trauma Issues, but maybe in about a decade something like that will be helpful for me. (I enjoy cooking for other people's particular diets, though.)
