Are we doing an #introduction now? Here goes.

Call me Aamer. I'm not sharing my first name because of trust issues and security. I'm queer, though if we want specific labels I suppose pan would be most accurate. Personally I prefer the blanket coverage of queer. As Oberyn Martell once said, "When it comes to war I fight for Dorne but in love I don't pick sides."

I speak Arabic and English fluently, barely Farsi and learning French right now. Viva liberté. Robespierre did nothing wrong.

I'm also agnostic but not in the hesitant way. Rather in that I don't believe the existence or lack thereof of some divine entity(s) is relevant. Ultimately God is in our humanity, and I prefer to worship through service to humanity. Organized religions are a sham and the belief in cosmic justice is debilitating to real action.

Chemistry is what I studied but writing is my passion. Writing is what I do. Chemistry just pays the bills. Follow my Medium @ Fawdha (Arabic for anarchy).

I'm mostly identitifed as a football fanatic in every sense of the word. I breathe football (soccer to you barbaric Yanks). Chelsea is my love and life. But I can discuss any team, formations, history, political associations (Livorno are supported by Italian communists for example) and so on.
