@laurenstaggs the tips was going to be revolving around food.
Like, when your mom leaves for work, make sure there's fruit, and meal replacement bars within each, if you can eat them.
Also small bags of nuts and raisins, are great! Especially if you can afford to buy bigger bags, but then make small "portion size" bags.
And always have an extra bottle of water near the bed (or where you're at during the day).
