#property is never defined by the object itself or the one claiming the object, but through the social construct around.

Our culture is:

- building millions of new houses
- leaving millions of houses empty
- leaving millions of people #homeless

As long as we think in economic categories as long actions for the sake of profit will dominate our culture.

@paulfree14 Not quite sure what you are trying to say here Paul... that all economic categorization is bad?

On a separate point, would you say that a persons body is their 'property'? Would you say that the clothes a person has on their body is their 'property'? The semantics become very important here since a lot of anarchist theories describe stateless property.

@douginamug
while property is one concept defining how we relate to something, everthing can be property depending on how the social construct around is relating.

I prefer asking how do we like to relate to things/eachother? While having it anytime an open question.

@paulfree14 How would you describe a relationship to a space that you had been committed to and planned on being committed to? How would you describe that relationship?

@douginamug ...hmm don't know a general word for it.
but one could call it by the specifics like:
- this is the property of group xy I feel commited to.
- this is a commons place I feel commited to.

general description:
I feel commited to this space and planning to continue.
