Mayel - ghost account@samtoland @mattcropp @internetowners @ntnsndr @Antanicus I'd say now is a good time to talk about it more publicly, especially in co-op circles, though I'd like to see some progress on our bylaws, code of conduct, etc, in parallel - part of the outreach could be inviting people with experience / interest / time to help defining all of this...
