Does anybody else know this feeling?

you're trapped in your head and the walls/your skull is a fuzzy static dense fog that burns, a hard barren floor, the vague muffled echoes filtering through? You wish there was something to do and there is, your laptop is right in front of you and it's playing music you've heard a thousand times but it's not inside, with you, it's out where responsibilities lie in wait to destroy you?

Thank god for this phone in my pocket.
