In response to @MiaG, my #showmeyourcoffee is #TurkishCoffee. I'm still not good at pouring off only the foam, but this one was OK. It's the only coffee I put sugar in (although you can add other things, too, if you want). And, my apologies to the craftsmen at #Sozen in #Turkey. Their grinder really does look better than this, I've just neglected it.

@fred @MiaG The taste is more intense than the same beans brewed as a pourover. However, it's not as intense as espresso, nor as bright/sour.

@fred @MiaG Yes. The beans I'm using are the ones from my #roastingcoffee pic a couple weeks ago. I'm not enjoying them as a #pourover, but they're fine as #Turkishcoffee--the same way an #espresso blend is rather bland when brewed as a pourover.
