I started the day annoyed and it's just morphed into pointless malaise and anger as the day went on. Now, as I sit in the car feeling that disconcerting buzzing in my head, I'm also reminded that I apparently forget to take my morning meds. No doubt my reflux will be welling up soon to put the topper on things.

I don't know why I'm announcing this, except it makes slightly more sense than saying it to the air. Which frankly also doesn't make any sense.

@OldandConfused That sucks. Hope your day gets better when you get home.

@OldandConfused

it happens

many times I've forgotten my meds only to wonder why I'm suddenly an anxious scrambled-brain mess with sour stomach

or I'll find out I forgot my PPI for several days and my ulcer starts flaring up again :(

Buy this. Yes there are cheaper ones, you don't want those TRUST ME. Buy *this*. Put one or two days of your meds in it, attach to keys. DONE.

@OldandConfused If you have larger pills which that one will not fit, buy this one:

(my point is stay away from the aluminum ones they are garbage)

TBF, he might have already got some form of emergency dose for when the morning dose slips his mind -- it's often the case. I kind of assumed he was venting about it happening, and it happens to me a lot. :\ Hence that little yellow one you've seen me slip out of my purse. (Which has a few dividers in it, very handy, can keep "emergency anxiolytics" in one divider and such.)
