@clickybang I think it is, though I'm not sure. I used to see it a bit on Twitter, but never paid it much attention.
Seems like it's perfect for a place like this, though, where it's more difficult to find people to follow. Having a list accessible through a hashtag spreads the word a bit more, too.☺
