I'm doing better with my healthy eating kick today. All in all, I've managed to cut down on my calorie intake by about 250kcals (just by cutting out snacks) and I've exercised too.
Feels good to be doing something about it.☺

Seems like healthier eating is the way to go for a lot of people. There's more of a feel good factor than just a boring, soul-destroying diet.☺
