@[email protected] That's reasonably accurate. I didn't understand Hakyll's code well enough to get my blog up without do notation in the beginning. But I'm a fair bit further in than a few weeks/months now and I like it less and less all the time, except for a few specific use cases. And I think beginners need to go through actually following the types instead of obscuring them. That's part of why people stay afraid of monads. Chris still likes it, tho.
