Oh gosh, Mike, you probably don't want to ask her about it during dinner. It's a horrible, disgusting ailment--not a nice topic of dinner conversation.

Thank you for asking about it. It's possible that there could be a good, effective vaccination for it as, as far as I know, it's the only disease transmitted by sand flies in tropical environments.
