@wheeler I've been dealing with this hardcore lately. The SAP team "requires" full root. Then they come back and wonder why they can't boot a system that somehow has nothing in /var, nothing in /usr and nothing under /home. rm -rf something and things go away. And nevermind chmoding /usr to 777. That fixes everything.

@wheeler I'm currently on the front end. I'm part of the team that does them imaging and hardening for the teams that do middleware junk to them. There just happens to be a large disconnect between OS level and middleware teams currently. I'm hoping to land myself right in the middle of the two areas.
