I was literally just on the phone with someone who said my first type of insurance doesn't cover allergy medication. I reminded them, that I have two types of insurance. They then told me that the one type of insurance is my FIRST insurance; to which I had to remind them that while that may be true, the second one is there to pay for what the first doesn't; so they should probably check that too.

@Meshelly Maddening. I once had to explain to an insurance rep that the two employees she had lumped under one coverage were not married but were siblings. Took 10 min to get her to to see that the coverage should be separated into two single items, one for each sib, and she kept arguing that the "spouse" of each should be on the same coverage. But she was the one who grouped two people w the same last name as spouses, so she must have thought two Joneses HAD to be a couple, sibs or no.
I mean, if that's the way you want to go; who am I to judge Queen Cersei; but that's not the way I'm going.....so could you fix my insurance please? (This would have been my actual response)@Berthavlix
@Meshelly Lol! You'd make the most of this job!
