anyone driving an EV? I do and never go back to gas or diesel.
@Beetle 2017 Chevy Volt. While technically a PHEV, I have not put gas in it since the first week of January. Going forward, I hope to never own a purely ICE vehicle ever again. Electric is soooo much better and definitely the future for me.

@scrappy nice, I drove an Opel Ampera (Chevy Volt, Europe Version) for 1100km on one weekend last summer. My Leaf gets me 130km with one charge. How much does your Volt 2 go before the gas engine kicks in?
@Beetle during the winter months my vehicle range greatly suffered. The lowest range was around 38 miles (61km). Lately, with the warmer weather on my side, my range has really improved. I've been getting close to 70 miles (112km) on a full charge. When my daily round trips are approx 15-20 miles, running out of charge is rarely/never an issue. In the US there is still a stigma against electric vehicles and gas here is relatively cheap, so EV adoption has sadly been fairly slow.
