@clhendricksbc @fgraver @bonstewart @Tdorey I'm like Christina, I find that suddenly it became a habit so that even if I've had a busy day, I do tend to wander in here to see what's up.
And sometimes when a little thing happens to me in my day, my new first thought is to share it with this small community. I think for me it's the manageability and familiarity of a smaller conversation. Even when there's nothing particular being discussed, I like resting in this company.
Thank you all.

See, and then this lovely delicate human thing happens, and someone I only know from here notices that I said that thing and favourites it. This makes me conscious of the importance of mastodon's strangers-to-me, of caring for spaces others are using.
I see you @paralithode, I'm glad you're there.
@katebowles @paralithode @Tdorey @fgraver @clhendricksbc i like the phrase "resting in this company." somehow this feels like a slightly separate space from the others in which i talk to you - even if many of you are ppl i talk to in other spaces - and it has an intimacy that i like.
so hi. i'm still here. resting but present in a way. :)
