Ok. Here we go. What if a service exist that can...
- send files of unlimited size?
- recipient/sender only need e-mail program & web browser
- no additional software
- Resend & Reget for resuming after link failure at last sent byte
- auto-notification of recipient
- auto-deletion after download or expiration date
- sending to multiple recipients need storage on the server only once
- HTTP service (no firewall-tunnels)
- open source
- support streams
It exists:

Splited tar or zip file by SFTP ?
@necrosis Ok, so the design requirements are:
* Assume recipient has a connection to the internet but it's not reliable, fast, etc.
* Assume recipient can't receive a download link
* Assume sender does not want to "send the file to the whole network" (I.e. BitTorrent)
* Assume sender does not want to dedicate server space to sending files.
At this point, I'm almost guessing you're talking about a series of ETH data transfer contracts.
@CheapSeth @necrosis Using SD cards data transfer in this manner is actually feasible, compliant with international animal welfare laws and has been *successfully* achieved more than once 😁
@necrosis Few options:
scp or rsync for over the internet
1TB SSD by courier if internet connections are being shitty
RFC 1149 for shorter distances
