@q I can’t find your latest post about boycott-ietf127.org. As there are roughly 100 people not coming, wouldn’t it be an option to ask those who do attend to refuse consensus on the grounds that relevant people aren’t present and therefore can’t participate? With up to 10% of potential attendees going on the record to not attend, does 127 retain (moral) consensus making ability? I read [1] as making it unlikely.
