If "hatereading" (hate-curating?) were something I had any emotional energy for I'd consider running a gallery tumblr of horrible things people say on steam forums, just to shame Valve for how unbelievably shitty they've allowed their user culture to become.
the bigger emotional drain though would be taking this bullet day after day and then realizing that Valve/Twitter/FB simply cannot be shamed because their entire worldview is built around absolving themselves of any responsibility for the user culture that has brought them obscene, evil amounts of wealth.
@jplebreton and let's not forget entire legions of Steam users worshipping Lord Gaben as though he was a divine beneficiary and not just a dude with a shitload of money and no desire to hire moderators or support teams

@jplebreton Blizzard forums are that way too. :(

toxicity went nuclear at a certain point

@jplebreton the entire world could do this slavishly for years and they'd go in talk and come out and go "we got pewdiepie to come up with ideas and we're going to add more algorithms to fix it, you're welcome"
@jplebreton XD you could call it cur-hating! but anyway, that would be a horribly draining thing to do o_o even with noble goals. I would be worried about how much it'd wear you down! (could be possible with a team, so each person only gets 1 hour or so exposure per week... kinda like radiation haha)
