@Applica Kids shows are usually pretty easy time sinks. I find anime that is long but also purposefully dense the hardest thing to stay latched onto.
@Applica I've spent the last... oh, I don't know, 3 years of my life trying to sit through Monogatari and then vowing to never watch Monogatari again... and then trying to sit through it another time.
@TapiOh oof. I think I had a similar experience not with an anime but with a game. i literally cannot complete chrono trigger i have given it three chances
@Applica And I haven't dared to try Chrono Trigger, FF 6 or the like.
@TapiOh i have an intense burning dislike of the ATB system in RPGs
