Hacked one of my Mastodon instances to offer a 1024 character limit for flash fiction. Small tweak, but wondering if it might interest some writerly folks if I open registration eventually https://flashfic.stream/@lmorchard

@lmorchard Years ago I participated in a site that used, IIRC, a 300 word limit for body, and a 3 word limit for title. It was intended for small poetry, but I was using it for microfiction, and it was, like haiku/sonnet/diamante/limerick, an interesting new-game-plus take on fiction for me.

I think I might be very interested.

(If you want verification I'm the author I say I am, I might still be interested. And that's saying something, with my tendency towards privacy.)

@sydneyfalk Seems like I've got some interest in this thing! Thinking I'm going to tweak the instance a little more and at least throw an initial CoC at it, then let a few folks know when I open up registration and see who shows!
