So do most of you hop between multiple instances with multiple accounts? Or do you stay in one keeping a keen eye on the federated TL?
Surely it would get to stressful and there can't be that much variety between instances to make it worthwhile? Is it like choosing a queue at checkout and being anxious that the other queues are better so you want to straddle a few?

@A1 Picked the one instance with the most users & decided to camp here. Its enough work running social media accounts. One instance/ stream should do the trick.

@A1 It depends. There are certain instances tailored to certain subjects/passions, and certain instances have instance-level blocks on others. At this point if you want to talk to everyone in the Fediverse you have to have more than one account. Personally, I'm happy with the culture on the instances I'm federated with, so I haven't gone looking elsewhere. I might once the tools for multiple account management come online.

@A1 So far I'm fine just staying with one account, watching the federated TL, and searching out people I know to follow (which, of course, also extends the FTL). Having multiple accounts would stress me out, I think, switching between them to make sure I don't miss anything.
