Sean Davis@reddishaine only one I found was Amaroq. Don't know if it's good but it seems to do the job. It's no Tweetbot that's for sure.
@Seandavis seems like its an ios app client. the reviews was great.

Aaron Itzerott@reddishaine the only one on iOS at the mo is Amaroq, which seems nice and stable, well designed easy to use! Don't know about android though?

Tator®@reddishaine I don't think there is one that services both, but Amaroq is good for iOS. There is Tusky for Android, but see a lot of people having issues with it. #mobileapps
@tator I tried and yes, it doesnt have options which amaroq have. kinda slow too.
