Hi @everyone I think we should not let Mastodon die. On the contrary, I wink we should really make use of it. I am working on a strategy to support the sort of flat organization that many of us would like to have, with local and non local groups, by means of Mastodon. If you have a few minutes, could you please have a look at this text and share your thoughts?

@pedrojuan @JudithMeyer @aral I think this a good idea. I haven't figured out how Mastodon is actually working, so I can't estimate if your steps are going to work though. Would be definitely good to give it a go here!
