@jakobmo I think we should have some sort of newsletter so everyone would know what other people are doing, we should cross fertilize ideas and stop working in isolation. Flashmob, that sounds good... How can a diemista sitting at home know about your action? How do DSCs know about your action? Why do we limit actions to isolated DSC's instead of trying to organise global actions. Can you imagin the synergy and the media reach if that same flashmob was organised across Europe?

Hi @everyone I think we should not let Mastodon die. On the contrary, I wink we should really make use of it. I am working on a strategy to support the sort of flat organization that many of us would like to have, with local and non local groups, by means of Mastodon. If you have a few minutes, could you please have a look at this text and share your thoughts?

@aral I think you take the right decision in moving the "internet of people" inititive to a public sphere where other movements would be more likely to benefit from it. I am sad about what made you take this step, but happy with your move. As I promised in Passau, we will make DiEM25 the right place for this type of initiative to be embraced fully. Yesterday we had the second trial of the #diemcafe. It was exciting to see it working. We need to fiddle with it a bit, but full functionality is already there.
Please spread the word that next saturday 13:00 to 15:00 (should be shorter) we are going to have a multilingual trial where we will discuss teh contents of the event that will take place sept 2nd. Ideally we need around 100 vounters!

@JudithMeyer Back from holiday. Almost ready for the #diemcafe trial run. It would be of much use for this project to add DiD's to the coordinators mailing list, for communication purposes (wheteher it is officially recognised as a DSC or not). Otherwise we will have to forward this e-mail from other accounts. Do you think this could be arranged? Thanks for your support.
