@lindseyb I don't think it's there yet.. but it has an open API and shouldn't be too hard to make happen

@lindseyb Looking into this, and it seems like a single user Drupal site could be (relatively) easy to configure for stuff like cross posting. Throwing something together with node is another possibility. IFTTT is likely never to offer official support.
