I've tried #Kavalan Soloist, both the Sherry cask & ex-Bourbon cask. The problem is, they are 58% ABV. I guess I should add a teaspoon or two of water to open them up a bit. I still have some around, so I can try it when the weather cools down. Problem was, I didn't find either one of them very complex-tasting--just strong.
