Why is the appeal to “traditional European values” always about xenophobia and patriarchy, and not dragging nobles off their horses and bludgeoning them with farming implements in a peasants’ revolt?
@akareilly I think it's because peasant's revolts rarely succeeded or caused actual change. Not that I'm opposed to dragging some nobles off of their horses and parading their heads through the streets, but we should remember that it may not solve our problems.
