The Green Party of England & Wales has trebled its membership under the leadership of Zack Polanski, and is now (perhaps inevitably) suffering some growing pains as regards its internal structures.

The trick the party needs to pull of, of course, is practical reform of its internal descison-making that *doesn't* violate the internal democracy that has contributed to the attraction of members from the Labour Party & elsewhere.

A problem of success!
