1. A new 1500 page report concludes the far-right party AfD seeks to undermine democracy in Germany.

2. Being the biggest party in Germany, AfD polls at 28 percent.

@tofm2 @randahl If the Federal Government, the Bundestag or the Bundesrat (no other bodies are permitted to table such a motion) move to ban the AfD, proceedings will take place before the Constitutional Court. As the last case involving the banning of a political party took place almost 70 years ago, it is impossible to predict how long this will take.

What are 1500 pages against time ?
They will exploit any resources to delay court.
When will next electoral issues take place in Germany ?
