URGENT #MutualAidRequest to help a homeless disabled trans couple keep staying sheltered

Hello, Fedi. If unfamiliar, @LukeOrion and I are a disabled and trans couple who have been dealing with long term housing instability. We have been currently staying sheltered at an extended stay hotel while we try and figure things out. We need help with raising the $462 to cover staying inside for another week. We need to raise it by Friday morning (June 26).

We've been having a really rough time. We're still only at $5. I finally have enough reward points that I could get a night if we needed to.

I'm going to try and get the hotel to comp us for at least one night because the elevator has been broken since last friday evening, and we're both disabled with mobility aids and we're on the 3rd floor. It's been really taking it's toll having to use the stairs all week. and they also said it was going to be fixed on Monday, but have given zero updates.

not getting our hopes up on that though.

I went ahead and used my reward points to cover today/tonight. We currently have $65 of our goal. Things are now slightly more complicated with trying to get compensated for a free night as there is now a new manager that we haven't dealt with before. And we've been having trouble getting a hold of them. Apparently the hotel is waiting on a part to come in for the elevator, but that doesn't help us out and how much it's taken a toll on us.

Really hoping for a miracle at this point with raising the rest. I don't know if I'll be able to get to talk to a manager before the morning.

REALLY hoping for a miracle overnight right now. @LukeOrion and I are still only at $65 of our shelter goal right now. We're going to try and catch one of the managers in the morning, but there's no guarantee if they'll compensate us or not (because of broken elevator for past week and us being on 3rd floor).

I'm honestly really worried about what we're going to do if we don't raise that and can't get another extra day to raise it right now.
