Well, all I know is that I'm using Microsoft Copilot (free) in the browser to help write a quantitative stock analysis application and the productivity boost is effing amazing. I produced a month of production quality code in 2 days, hooked to free data sources I didn't even know about before I started.

Free.

Caveat: I'm a professional software engineer and know what I'm doing. An amateur would be lost.
