Trying to be perfect will cause you more harm than good.

I try to be aware of what I'm doing, if I miss a workout, I own it.

I missed it because I decided to.

Keeping it simple, I try to do more things that make me feel good, than those that don't and this keeps me moving in the direction I want to go. πŸ‘
