Yes, today IS the day to talk about #climate change and it's growing impacts. And tomorrow is the day to talk about #climatechange, as is the day after and every day after that.
Silence is a disservice to humanity.

And #pollution is what helped to make it and pollution kills an estimated 7 million people each year

Continued environmental progress despite clean energy rollbacks and the ascendancy of climate change skeptics in the US federal government

@petergleick Of course 30 years ago, was the day we should have talked seriously about Anthropogenic😳 Climate Change, but nobody was ready. David Suzuki, and Sir David Attenborough, talked about it. Al Gore wrote about it, and toured the world to talk about it. Greta Thunberg started a School Strike For Climate movement, and lobbied world leaders.
Yet, each successive Climate Conference doubled down on delaying 0 carbon, until 2050. It is Zero Day Now, not 24 years hence.
@Tooden @petergleick *Anthropogenic, climate change doesn't take a humanoid shape

Climate change propaganda is a revenue model for ngo's.
CO2 is near it's lowest level in earth's history it's not a pollutant, if C)2 get's to 150 plants die, and we too. Plants need CO2 and nitrogen.
But industry pollutes earth and us, battle that first: microplastics, PFAS and many more

Every day is the day talk about the simplest most effective act every community can undertake for their own security step off of the planet killing global supply chain.

Walkable neighborhoods, localized food production and watershed restoration.

Your community will be safer, quieter, healthier, and far less expensive to live in. It will also build resilience to the inevitable supply disruptions by minimizing your dependence on them.

Best of all every community can act now

Excellent documentary. Watched it last night. Probably for the first time a major media outlet is tackling this extremely contentious issue in the documentary format.

FYI - I explore this topic in fiction format.
