That could be resolved quickly and simply. If you need a poster child to show why the model of uncontestable authority of a single person and their support network at a journal is outmoded and extraordinarily risky, this is a good one."

Cochrane prioritizing contributor reputations over accuracy has rather predictably destroyed its own reputation. Now it's just another corrupt organization that exists to serve itself, rather than to help patients or practitioners.
