First, they monetise their bad hot take. Then, they let some time pass. Then, they monetise the subsequent “I was WRONG about [bad hot take on the topic].” 😄

Good thing I have good instincts about bad hot takes, so I didn’t click on either video.

@morrick I was thinking about this only yesterday! Tech Youtubers are notorious for this, because they will order a $3000 laptop with 14-day ”no questions asked” return policy or whatever, mske a review, monetize, return the laptop and then monetize again: ”I was wrong”.
