MathzyWell, it's a 'world record' temperature in our hallway - the coolest place in our house. Our sun trap garden must be closer to 40°C.
When we owned rats between 2020 and 2025, we were always worried about them during heatwaves. I think the hottest it got in that period was just under 28°C, and they struggled with that even with our best endeavours.
Thinking not just of humans, but pets and wildlife also in this heat.
