I would like to make a career change and am in need of your support.
I'm working as a Senior Software Engineer at the adesso SE.
My focus is on frontend ux development with the web platform, web standards and #a11y.
I'm based around Hamburg and am open to work full-time remote / hybrid
Unfortunately, adesso does not work out well for me anymore, due to their recent focus to becoming an #AI agency.
Everything agentic is being pushed on me with full force, in an ideologic way, forcing me to shift from a coder to full time AI orchestrator.

That level 5 described in the article reads like an anti-utopia to me.
